When I decided to pursue my degree in 2018, I knew that to be work-ready the moment I graduate I had to start gaining experience. I applied at the end of my first year to be an A_STEP tutor, and thus from 2019 my student experience drastically changed.  I enjoyed the work so much that I could not see myself not working and studying in tandem. I continued pursuing further studies and applied for higher positions. I aim to keep working in higher education, hence my decision to pursue my master's in higher education.
